Planning for Abu Dhabi
Travel and timing. The dancers travel from Dubai, so send the exact venue, the arrival time and the show time. Allow for the drive when you set the running order, and give the dancer a room to change near the stage.
Permits. Hotels and licensed venues usually cover the act under their own entertainment licence. Public and outdoor events need DCT Abu Dhabi approval, which takes several working days. Build that into the plan.
Floor and light. A traditional skirt works on grass or sand at a beach resort. An LED show needs a flat, hard floor and darkness, so place it after sunset.
